This is a system which provides
information on the secretaries, under secretaries,
section officers etc., and their respective heads
of the department just by the click of a button.
It also provides information on the employees,
their roles and their current responsibilities.
The system is developed to display a hierarchy
tree structure of all the departments under the
revenue department. It caters to the information
about the top most official to the clerk. The
user can view the hierarchy structure & also monitor
the flow of the department files.
This system is operable in two basic modes, Administrator
and the User. The privileges are set in accordance
with the logged on mode.
Administrator mode
In this mode, the system allows the admin to add
or modify users. It also provides access to transfer
different departments, headed by one department
to another. i.e. the hierarchy structure can be
changed / modified upward or downwards in the
H - tree.
User mode
In this mode, the user is allowed to view the
hierarchy structure by clicking from top to bottom.
The user can also view the personal profile of
each staff in each department. The user can view
the standard queries as listed below.
